Express delivery
If you need your gift quickly, we can send it by Special Delivery this costs £6.95.We are happy to send out gifts internationally, please call us to get a quote for postage.
Cancellations and Returns
If you have placed an order and change your mind, or receive your goods and decide you don't want them after all, you can return them to us, unused and in original packaging, within 28 days for a full refund. We cannot, however, offer a refund or exchange on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, toiletries, confectionery or sale goods unless faulty.Unfortunately we cannot contribute towards the return postage costs for unwanted goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or damaged when they reach you, you must notify us within seven days and return the faulty items to us. We will refund your money and the postage cost if goods are faulty. The seven-day rule does not apply to items which carry a specified guarantee period.
